Return
Are you dissatisfied with your purchase? You have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. The condition is that the goods are delivered to us undamaged.
How can I return the goods?
1. Returned goods must be well packed and secured to prevent them from being damaged during transport.
2. The completed return form must be attached to the shipment.
3. Send the parcel to the address provided below:
street Czyżówka 14/1.3.2, 30-526 Kraków, poviat Kraków, commune Krakow, province MAŁOPOLSKIE, Poland
Refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products to the sender's bank account.
Complaints
1. Damaged parcel
- If you notice that your parcel delivered by the courier is damaged, opened or destroyed, file a complaint in the presence of the courier.
- In the case of InPost parcel lockers: if the parcel raises any doubts (attempts to open, damage to the packaging), follow the instructions displayed on the parcel locker screen.
- If, after unpacking the parcel, you notice that the purchased goods have been damaged, please contact us by e-mail candlewonderpl@gmail.com , remembering to provide the order number and send photos of the damaged goods. We will try to respond as soon as possible!
2. Incomplete shipment
We monitor the parcel packaging process. However, if upon unpacking you find that the item you ordered is missing, please contact us candlewonderpl@gmail.com with:
- order number;
- a photo of the received package and its contents;
- whether the shipment was damaged or raised any doubts upon receipt.
3. Damaged parcel
If the ordered product is delivered damaged, please inform us by sending an e-mail candlewonderpl@gmail.com photos of the damaged product, order number and information whether the parcel was damaged or had any traces of third-party interference upon receipt.
